Why do we need to eat "Vegetables and Fruits"?
You should try to keep 3 meals "4 color vegetables - fruits" on your daily meal.
Vegetables and fruits are main elements of healthy and balanced nutrition.
These foods are almost life-saving because we do not consciously use the technologies that make life easier.
If we briefly mention the functions;
- Protecting against cancer risk
- Reduce constipation risk
- Get enough vitamin-mineral
- Reduce the risk of diabetes
- Provide a feeling of saturation
- Provide weight control
- And beautify our meals with their colors :)
