What should be done to get a healthy body and sleeping habits?

Here are some recommendations from many sources for you. Especially for the people who live in the city, this may mean that the social life is a little diminished. But do not forget the presentation, your immune system will thank you for keeping you alive:

1) At 10:00 in the evening! Get the bed! As soon as possible wake up to dawn time!
